Delivery Information

Leading IT uses Australia Post for the delivery of all orders within Australia. International orders are dispatched via Airmail.

Parcels will be sent in Australia Post Parcel Post Satchels. Orders will be dispatched promptly once payment has been processed. It is our objective to have all orders dispatched within the same working day of order receipt provided we receive your order by 11am and the products are in stock.

Australian orders will be delivered via Australia Post Parcel Post service. Please provide an address where someone will be available between 9am-5pm to receive the parcel, otherwise collection from your local post office will be necessary.

International orders will be dispatched via Airmail. Please allow up to 14 days for international Airmail delivery.

For deliveries within Australia, a delivery and handling fee of $4.95 per ThoughtSafe® key will automatically be included in your total purchase price.

Multiple item orders may be sent in separate parcels based on size and weight restrictions. Maximum weight is 3kg for the fee of $8.95. If shipping by express post, maximum weight is 3kg for the fee of $10.00.

All orders outside Australia are sent via Air Mail. Shipping is charged "at cost". The following is a rough guide to prices:

A base delivery fee of $13.00 for all parcels up to 500 grams
An extra $6.00 will be added for every additional 250 grams or part thereof.
