Leading IT provide our services to you on the following terms and conditions. By placing an order you agree to be bound by the End User Licence Agreement, these terms & conditions and all of the policies incorporated by referenced (“Policies”).

These terms and conditions together with the Policies and the End User Licence Agreement constitute the entire agreement between Leading IT and youself.

• You have familiarised yourself with our Returns Policy and Delivery Information.
• You are familiar with the customs policies of your country and agree that you will be responsible for compliance with all local laws which may restrict the importation of certain goods and that you alone will be responsible for payment of any present or future tax or impost, duty or charge which may be imposed or assessed by any relevant regulatory authority on the goods purchased on the site.
• All prices quoted on the site are in AUD and inclusive of Australian Goods and Services Tax (where applicable).
• The site or any portion of the site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose that is not expressly permitted by Leading IT.
• Leading IT reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at its discretion.
• The site may only be used for lawful purposes and in a lawful manner. When ordering from Leading IT you are the purchaser of the goods and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. It is your responsibility to investigate and ensure that you can lawfully purchase the goods you order.
