Damaged or Defective Goods

We will replace or refund any damaged or defective items. Please mail the product to

Please supply the following information:

• Your name - ideally matches the name you used for the purchase.
• Your address
• A description of the fault
• Indication of whether you want a refund or replacement
• For a replacement, a Delivery address if different from the address used during the purchase.
• For a refund, your Bank Account Details (Account Name, BSB, Account Number) for the refund.  We do not refund via cheque.
